The Casa Ballardini and Villa Gioiosa buildings are in Via Cima d’Ambiez in Madonna di Campiglio, at the Madonna di Campiglio SUD exit of the bypass around the town (near the tunnel entrance is arriving from the south), in a quiet, sunny area close to the town centre. There are bus stops for summer and winter services (to the ski lifts and town centre) 50 m away from both buildings on both Via Castelletto Inferiore and Viale Dolomiti di Brenta. The pedestrianised centre of Madonna di Campiglio is 400 metres away, the Spinale ski lift 400 m, whilst the Cinque Laghi lift (connection to Pinzolo ski area) is 150 m away. The villas overlook the Brenta Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
